Examples of Social Work services include

- Personal and family mental health counselling services. Our Social Workers are experienced in providing individuals and families with counselling services. 

- Functional Capacity Assessments for:

• Adult NDIS participants with psychosocial disabilities
• Adults with mental health presentations who would like to access the NDIS and are seeking evidence to support their application

- Information and referral to psychosocial services including NDIS services. Acacia Care Group Social Workers are knowledgeable regarding a variety of local support services and can help you find the right service for you. Our Social Workers will also support your set up and engagement with the services you are referred to.

- Advocacy for individuals, families and those experiencing social disadvantage.  Acacia Care Group Social Workers provide advocacy services for participants who may need extra support to access services or manage/resolve conflict.
